Abbott wins OK for drug-coated heart stent

Abbott Laboratories won U.S. approval to sell its drug-coated heart stent called Xience, the company said on Wednesday.
Xience is the newest entry in a multibillion-dollar market that includes devices sold by Johnson & Johnson , Boston Scientific and Medtronic Inc.
