Gloria Huang, the Red Cross's “Social Media Specialist” recently found herself in a social media jam. Huang, who was sober, thought she was sending a personal tweet about drinking Dog Fish Head beer.
Major organizations have made similar Twitter gaffes, but this particular one turned out well for The Red Cross, which may serve as a model for handling Twitter mistakes in the future.
