Stores: 1932010 Sales: $211 millionPeet's has been around a lot longer than most coffee chains. Founded in Berkeley, Calif., in 1966, Peet's has grown to just 193 locations as of 2010. Estimated sales for that year topped $211 million, though, rising 4.9 percent year-over-year.
