Target – The retailer is facing an increasing number of lawsuits and a drop in sales, following the massive data breach. Retail consultancy Customer Growth Partners said Target saw customer traffic drop five percent last weekend, following news that hackers stole data from up to 50 million credit and debit cards.
Tesla –The 5-star safety rating for the Model S has been reaffirmed by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration for Model Year 2014. Tesla is still awaiting NHTSA's conclusions on its investigation of recent fire-related incidents involving the Model S.
W.R Grace – The company is set to exit a 12-year stay in bankruptcy, after settling the only remaining appeal in its exit plan with a group of bank lenders. The chemicals maker filed for bankruptcy protection in 2001, following an asbestos leak at a company mine that resulted in numerous lawsuits.
