After-hours buzz: IBM, AMD, CA & More

Check out which companies are making headlines after the bell Tuesday:

International Business Machines - The technology services company posted fourth-quarter earnings of $6.13 per share, excluding items, on $27.7 billion in revenue, versus estimates of earnings of $5.99 a share on $28.25 billion in revenue. Its shares fell in after-hours trading.

CA Technologies - Shares rallied after the provider of enterprise software reported quarterly results.

Advanced Micro Devices - The computer-chip maker reported fourth-quarter earnings per share of 6 cents, topping expectations of 5 cents. But its shares fell in after-hours trading after it forecast first-quarter revenue of $1.298 billion to $1.38 billion, compared to expectations of $1.36 billion.
