Handler has reached a deal with the video-streaming service, but the format has not been decided, a source familiar with the deal told the Post.
Netflix has in the past denied talks with Handler, the newspaper added.
The news comes as her contract with E! expires this year and weeks after the comedian expressed discontent with the network in an interview.
Representatives for Handler and Netflix declined to comment, according to the Post.
