Adept Technology - The maker of mobile robots reported a fourth-quarter operating loss of $500,000, with shares dropping in after-hours trading.

Amazon.com - The online retailer said it was acquiring live-streaming gaming network Twitch for $970 million. Shares edged higher in after-hours trading.

Burger King Worldwide - The hamburger chain is in merger talks with Canada's Tim Hortons, with shares of Burger King dropping in after-hours trading after rallying during the regular session.

Kite Pharma - The company announced positive results for its treatment for those with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. Shares surged in after-hours trading.


Digital Ally - The producer of wearable cameras jumped amid calls by some that police be required to wear cameras while working.
