Accenture - The technology consultancy's stock fell after projecting quarterly revenue that missed estimates.

Bed Bath & Beyond - The home-furnishing retailer jumped after reporting quarterly results that beat expectations.

Citizens Financial Group - The subsidiary of Royal Bank of Scotland gained in its trading debut.

Cyber-Ark Software - The Israeli developer of security software rallied as making its market debut.

Egalet - The pharmaceutical company fell after a Stifel Nicolaus analyst lowered her price target on its shares to $18 from $20.

Hasbro - The toy maker climbed after reaching agreement with Walt Disney to create dolls based on characters from last year's animated film hit Frozen.

KB Home - The home builder fell after reporting quarterly results that missed Wall Street's expectations.

Merrimack Pharmaceuticals - The drug developer rallied after saying it would develop its drug to treat pancreatic cancer outside the U.S. with Baxter International.

Skechers USA - The shoemaker dropped after a Sterne Agee & Leach analyst noted declining sales as the back-to-school shopping season nears an end.

Transocean - The provider of offshore drilling services and competitors including Range Resources, Diamond Offshore Drilling, Noble, Chesapeake Energy and Halliburton declined along with the price of oil.

Valeant Pharmaceuticals International - The drug manufacturer advanced after saying it expects to post better-than-expected results for its third quarter.
