Lightning Round: This stock needs to split up

It's that time again! The Lightning Round bell has rung, and Jim Cramer gives his take on a few favorite audience stocks:

Achillion Pharmaceuticals: "We've said it's a decent spec off of another Hep C. It's a decent spec, but I still prefer Celgene which is not in that category...and I like the Regeneron quarter because I like the cholesterol drug down the pipe."

Baxter International: "Baxter needs to split up. I suggested how to do that in "Get Rich Carefully." They better start listening to me, that's one dog stock."

Sysco: "If they can get that merger through, than I think that stock goes to $50. If they don't, then it's going to hold right here and that's really the problem. That merger does matter a great deal."

Sirius XM Holding: "I like Sirius, I like the numbers and it's really a play on autos. People should just own the stock, okay. Stop fretting and just own it."

Taser International: "I've liked Taser from the low teens, I got to tell you; they've got the whole ecosystem that is about protecting the police from charges. I think you should stick with it, I would not sell it."

HMS Holdings Corp: "I liked those guys a long time ago, because it's a cost controller for our healthcare. But I have come around to thinking that United Health and Cigna are the way to go, and I also like Humana."
