Anyone who's ever wondered what a Major League Baseball game looks like in front of a completely empty stadium can find out now, courtesy of the league.

Major League Baseball is offering today's matchup between the Baltimore Orioles and Chicago White Sox as its MLB.TV free game of the day. The first pitch was at 2 p.m. ET. It can be watched here without charge, though viewers have to register.

Interestingly, blackout restrictions still apply, though watching live in the stadium is not an option. Baltimore's Camden Yards was shut off from fans in response to rioting that has wracked the city since the funeral of 25-year-old Freddie Gray, who died in police custody on April 19.

Violence fell off after the city imposed an evening curfew on Tuesday and the governor of Maryland ordered in the Maryland Army National Guard. Police reported 35 arrests overnight.

The Orioles opened hot in front of their empty stands, jumping out to a 6-0 lead in the top of the first.

What if they had a baseball game and nobody came? #oriolesmagic #orioles
