Are you happy with your cellphone? That might depend on which one you have.
This year's American Customer Satisfaction Index includes a list of the most popular cellphones according to a survey of 70,000 consumers. Each year the index ranks products based on customer satisfaction by conducting research across the country.
As expected, two smartphone manufacturers lead the survey: Samsung and Apple. Microsoft Mobile, formed when Microsoft bought Nokia's phone business, showed the largest drop in customer satisfaction, down 3 percent.
On the other hand, Blackberry made the largest gains at 5 percent due to a highly loyal customer base. Yet the company is still facing an exodus of customers.
Each smartphone received a number score out of 100. Some of the top five phones were tied, receiving the same scores.
