Temperatures there hit 109 degrees Fahrenheit on Thursday, but with oppressive humidity on top of it, the "feels like" temperature reached 154 degrees, according to an AccuWeather meteorologist.
Of course, that was a daytime temperature. By 10:30 p.m. local time, the "feels like" temperature had cooled considerably.
It was, according to the Weather Channel, only 128 degrees.
Friday's forecast was an even tougher 116 degrees, though with much lower humidity than Thursday.
