Marcus meets Adelo Ramirez, the dedicated and cheerful owner of Los Gemelo, a Mexican eatery in Port Chester, New York.

During a tour of the warehouse, Adelo explains to Marcus that his tortilla-making machine is illegal. Adelo doesn't really care but Marcus does.

Marcus is worried about the peeling ceiling but Adelo is unconcerned about this problem as well.

Adelo is all smiles until he starts talking about his sister and how she raised him. No one expected Adelo to be successful except his sister, who loaned him $150K to open Los Gemelos.

Adelo is very happy to see comedian George Lopez. Not only did George refer Marcus, he is also about to become a partner in Adelo's new Hispanic food business.

Marcus is having trouble with the way Adelo seems to keep secrets from him. Adelo never told Marcus that he didn't own all of the equipment inside Los Gemelos.

Adelo has Marcus over for a salsa tasting session. The salsa recipe has been handed down within Adelo's family for years. Now, all he has to do is write the recipe down!

Marcus and George are worried because Adelo now wants to work with the huge tortilla company that formerly hurt his business but Marcus doesn't wasn't to damage Ta Loco's authenticity.

Marcus tells Adelo that he will be doing the Sam's Club pitch on his own. It's time for Adelo to take all that he has learned and apply it.

Adelo wins the day. Ta Loco will be available at Sam's Club and everyone is happy about it!
