As Tilman is about to tally the outcome of the taste test, he realizes he doesn't need to — the results are overwhelmingly in favor of Santa Barbara Mariculture.

Despite a few rough patches, Bernard and Adrian are able to make a deal with Tilman by cutting out their own wholesaler.

Meet Matt and Mike of SeatNinja. Their app promises to change the way customers reserve tables at any restaurant and, hopefully, at all of Tilman's restaurants.

After two failed attempts, Tilman is finally able to download the SeatNinja app, much to the chagrin of its founders.

Employees from Claim Jumper, one of Tilman's restaurants, explain that they aren't interested in SeatNinja since the app isn't functional.

Tilman grows frustrated with Matt who, instead of owning up to his mistakes, keeps making up excuses. Matt even attempts to blame one of Tilman's employees for his shortcomings.

With Tilman's purchase order off the table, a resigned Matt and Mike are forced to reconsider their business strategy.
