Secret Lives of the Super Rich

Take a 360-degree Tour of the 'Most Expensive Home for Sale' in the U.S.

Ever wondered what's it like to step inside the mega-manses of the super rich? Well, now you can ... virtually. In advance of the new season of Secret Lives of the Super Rich, premiering January 19th at 10P ET/PT, CNBC has partnered with Twitter to be one of the first media outlets to provide fans with live 360-degree Periscope access. The occasion? An ultra-VIP tour of "the most expensive home for sale in the United States."

The $250 million Bel Air, CA mansion, owned by developer Bruce Makowsky, spans 38,000 square feet and features 12 bedrooms, 21 bathrooms, a 75-foot infinity pool with hidden TV, six bars, a home movie theatre that seats up to 40 people (and outfitted with Hermès blankets and pillows), as well as a 30-foot long TV.

You can check out the luxe digs in the tweet above -- just be sure to navigate by moving your phone or dragging the image in any direction. For more on this larger-than-life mansion and the man behind its extravagance, tune in to the season premiere of Secret Lives of the Super Rich this Thursday on CNBC.
