CNBC update: Germanwings co-pilot received psychotherapy

German prosecutors say the co-pilot of the Germanwings plane had received treatment for suicidal tendencies and received psychotherapy for several years prior to becoming a pilot, negotiations over Iran's nuclear program are entering a critical phase, and a shooting has been reported at the gate of NSA's Fort Meade facility, reports CNBC's Sue Herera.
