Jan Brewer's order that denies driver's licenses for young immigrants in Arizona who have gotten work permits and avoided deportation under an Obama administration policy.

Senate President Andy Biggs said the 10 bills will move through the Appropriations Committee and should reach the Senate floor on Thursday. The bills don't include Medicaid expansion, which is expected to be tacked on as a floor amendment.
