    PORTLAND, Ore.-- The AAA auto club reports the average price of a gallon of gasoline in Oregon is $3.99. That's up 2 cents in a week and down 3 cents from a month ago. Portland $3.96, Salem $3.97, Eugene- Springfield $4, and Medford- Ashland $4.03.
