It reported a net loss of $45 million, or 15 cents per share, compared with $205 million, or 62 cents per share a year ago. Shares of Electronic Arts were down slightly at $14.90 in after-hours trading after losing $15.08 on Wednesday.

Citrix's net income rose to $114 million, or 60 cents per share in the quarter ended Dec. 31, from $109 million, or 58 cents per share, a year earlier. Revenue rose to $740 million.
