  INDIANAPOLIS-- Regional consumer electronics chain Hhgregg said Thursday that net income fell 23 percent in the key holiday quarter, hurt by weak video game sales. Hhgregg has been expanding beyond consumer electronics into other categories. Net income for the fiscal third quarter ended Dec. 31 fell 23 percent to $17.4 million, or 51 cents per share.

  Jan 30- Business software maker Citrix Systems Inc reported stronger-than-expected fourth-quarter results, helped by strong growth in the Asia-Pacific region, and forecast current-quarter revenue largely above analyst estimates.

  SAN FRANCISCO, Jan 30- Video game publisher Electronic Arts Inc reported lower revenue for the third quarter. It reported a net loss of $45 million, or 15 cents per share, compared with $205 million, or 62 cents per share a year ago. Shares of Electronic Arts were down slightly at $14.90 in after-hours trading after losing $15.08 on Wednesday.

• Citrix Systems revenue rises 19 pct

  Jan 30- Business software maker Citrix Systems Inc reported a 19 percent rise in quarterly revenue on higher product and license revenue. Citrix's net income rose to $114 million, or 60 cents per share in the quarter ended Dec. 31, from $109 million, or 58 cents per share, a year earlier. Revenue rose to $740 million.
