VTB CAPITAL: "On the global events front, a bunch of PMIs for the month of September is on the agenda, Greece is expected to unveil its draft budget for 2013, there is the publication of the UK August consumer credit and money supply, the Eurozone August unemployment rate, the U.S. August construction spending."
