Oct 2 (Reuters) - Standard & Poor's Ratings Services on Tuesday raised its rating on Little Rock, Arkansas's general airport revenue bonds to A from A-minus with a stable outlook.

S&P cited the airport's consistently improved financial risk profile, despite "historically declining enplanement trends."
