Oct 2 (Reuters) - Hallmark
* Hallmark consolidates Kansas manufacturing
* Hallmark cards-greeting card and envelope production to move from Topeka
center to its manufacturing facility in Lawrence
* Hallmark cards - currently there are approximately 1,300 employees at
hallmark's three Kansas facilities
* Hallmark cards inc-about 1,000 positions will be needed between Lawrence and
leavenworth plants once the transition is complete
* Hallmark cards- none of the work currently done in Kansas is being moved out
of Kansas as a result of this consolidation
* Hallmark cards- as a result of this move, the Topeka production center will
close by the end of 2013
