on Thursday sold $2 billion of senior unsecured notes, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters service.
The notes are guaranteed by Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria, S.A.
Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley were the joint bookrunning managers for the sale.
