Uralsib: "Yesterday the IMF cut global economic growth forecasts, also mentioning downside risks if key economies do not take steps to resolve looming problems. Markets remain volatile, with yesterday's losses followed by a bounce across equity and commodity markets this morning, and we expect the Russian market to add around 1 percent at today's opening."

OLMA: "Today the markets may rise at the market open as Brent futures are again trading above $112/bbl, which, coupled with the stable situation on global markets, helps to forme a moderately positive external background."
