Staples and LinkedIn have partnered to launch "Succeed," an online forum for networking, advice and content specifically for small-business professionals.
The digital community will be featured on LinkedIn, already a hub for professionals and networking. The new group will give small businesses the opportunity to connect and discuss issues, as well as share success stories and hurdles in an online forum especially for them.
To engage users, the managed group will offer benefits such as industry expert profiles, targeted events, incentive awards, question-and-answer sessions and weekly polls. The content will be managed by a dedicated editorial staff at LinkedIn.
"We are pleased to work with Staples to create an environment which offers content that matters to small business professionals," said Jonathan Lister, vice president, North American Sales, Marketing Solutions, LinkedIn, in a statement released Tuesday. "Through SUCCEED, we aim to give our members the resources they need to be more productive and successful within the digital and social context that is most relevant to them," he said.
