'Cliff' Deal Does Not Mean 'Meaningful Improvement' in US Debt Ratio: Moody's

Rating agency Moody's Investors Service said that the deal passed by both houses of Congress yesterday will not provide a "meaningful improvement" in the country's debt ratios over the medium term. Click here for a related story.
