Cisco Systems names Motorola CEO Brown to board
SAN JOSE, Calif. -- Computer networking gear maker Cisco Systems Inc. said Friday that it appointed Motorola Solutions Inc. Chairman and CEO Greg Brown to its board of directors.
Brown, 52, is the 14th member of the board. He has worked at Motorola since 2003 and was named CEO of the company in January 2008. He became deputy chairman of the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago in December.
