Feb 27 (Reuters) - The Hong Kong government issued fourth-quarter gross domestic product (GDP) data on Wednesday, showing that the economy grew a seasonally adjusted 1.2 percent over the third quarter of 2012 and rose 2.5 percent from the same period last year.
