UK Torness 2 nuclear plant taken offline due to unplanned outage
LONDON, March 27 (Reuters) - EDF Energy took offline its 640 megawatt Torness 2 nuclear reactor in Scotland following an unplanned outage, the operator said on Tuesday.
"Torness reactor 2 was manually shut down at 18.54 on March 26 for an unplanned outage," a company spokesman said.
