Discussing the exit of JC Penney's CEO Ron Johnson and the stock's slumpd decline under his leadership, with Stacey Widlitz of S.W. Retail Advisors.

From a field of 64 names, the "Fast Money Madness" battle came down to a match-up between two top-seeded stocks.

Google vs. Bank of America

Brian Kelly of Shelter Harbor Capital liked the tech space for the championship.

"Both these stocks have been on a tear through the whole tournament, but I think that Bank of America's probably peaked a little too soon, and this one's Google's to win," he said.

Stuart Frankel's Steve Grasso stood by his early selection.

"Google was my pick right at the start of this competition, so I'm going to stay with the horse," he said. "Google."

Tim Seymour of EmergingMoney.com broke with the pack.

"I think the financials are in a much better place, the money center banks especially," he said. "Bank of America, no question."

OptionMonster's Pete Najarian made it a 2-2 tie.

"Tim's 100 percent correct," he said. "I think you've got to go with Bank of America."

For the tiebreaker, the "Fast Money" Twitter followers voted for Bank of America.
