Microsoft-Nokia Advanced Talks Recently Broke Down: WSJ

Microsoft was recently in advanced talks about purchasing Nokia's device business, according to a report in the Wall Street Journal.

The talks have faltered, according to people familiar with the negotiations, and one person said talks took place as recently as this month but aren't likely to be revived.
