World of Beer Features Samuel Adams for Celebration & Giveaway

TAMPA, Fla., July 1, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- World of Beer (WOB), a thriving beer-centric tavern boasting an extensive collection of brews from around the globe, is excited to announce a partnership with Samuel Adams, the classic American brewery, beginning July 1st. This celebrates the legacy and culture of Samuel Adams as an American brand, with WOB locations participating nationwide in the 'Great American Beer-Cation.' The program will continue the entire month of July.

Participating locations will offer eight specially selected beers from the Samuel Adams portfolio. Loyalty members will be given a punch card and, after trying the different brews, will be entered to win a trip for two to the Great American Beer Festival. The winner will be announced Friday, Aug. 9th.

The Great American Beer Festival was founded in 1982 and has grown ever since. It represents the largest collection of U.S. beer ever served, in a public tasting event and private competition. The event will take place Oct. 10 - Oct. 12 at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver.

The 'WOB Culture' is unlike any other. The specially trained staff completes an extensive, two-week beer school, and is on-hand to guide customers through the World of Beer experience centered around a global menu of beverages, live music and televised sports.

WOB rewards customers by offering a Loyalty Club Program enabling them to earn points on trying different brews.
