The highest-paid person on television is ... a little old lady from Brooklyn?
Judy Sheindlin, star of the arbitration-based reality show "Judge Judy," topped TV Guide Magazine's annual list of highest paid stars.
According to the list, Sheindlin makes $47 million a year, blowing away celebrities in daytime, reality, late night, news, drama and comedy categories.
"Daily Show" host Jon Stewart was next in line, earning between $25 million to $30 million a year, according to TV Guide sources, ranking him ahead of past late-night salary leaders Jay Leno and David Letterman.
