CNBC's Bob Pisani and Art Cashin, of UBS, discuss the market's initially negative reaction to the Fed minutes. You have to really read them, he says, before you can make a call.

Art Cashin says the stock market went on "Mr. Toad's Wild Ride" after the Federal Reserve released the minutes from its most recent meeting, before finally realizing there wasn't much new.

Cashin, UBS' director of floor operations at the NYSE, told CNBC's Bob Pisani after the 2p ET release that he's still closely watching the yield on the U.S. 10-year note.
