Kenny Polcari: The Fed won't begin its taper next week

Expectations that the Federal Reserve could start unwinding its unprecedented monetary stimulus program has sent financial markets on a roller-coaster ride over the past month and has been the topic of debate among traders, economists and pundits.

The Fed meets Wednesday, and Kenny Polcari, a CNBC contributor and director of NYSE floor operations for O'Neil Securities, told Sue Herera he doesn't think Chairman Ben Bernanke will announce plans to taper the central bank's bond purchases of $85 billion a month.
