CNBC's wealth correspondent Robert Frank dashes the hopes of all those who thought winning a $400 million lottery would get them into the world's most elite club: the super super rich.

Millions of us fantasize about what we would do if we won the lottery. With the newest Powerball jackpot worth more than $400 million, millions of Americans are dreaming of how that money could change their lives.

But guess what; even if you beat the odds (and good luck, you've got like 1 in 175 million chances of winning) you wouldn't be a member of the world's most exclusive club: that of the mega, mega rich.

You'd be rich, just not rich enough. That's the depressing news from CNBC's wealth reporter, Robert Frank who knows his super rich from the regular rich.

But that hasn't stopped even him from fantasizing about what he would do if he won as he shared in this edition of "Unscripted."
