Mr. Chris Wei is the Group Chief Executive Officer of Great Eastern Holdings Limited. He joined the company on 10 February 2011 and is a Director of many of its subsidiaries. He is the Deputy Chairman of the company's asset management subsidiary, Lion Global Investors Limited. Mr. Wei is also a Director of Singapore Reinsurance Corporation Ltd.

Since joining the company, Mr. Wei has set new strategic directions for the Great Eastern Group and refreshed the company's customer value proposition and brand ambition to be a LIFE company. He is a staunch champion of Great Eastern's Live Great Program which helps customers live a healthy lifestyle and has been instrumental in spearheading the company's foray into the social media space. In addition, Mr. Wei is committed to extending Great Eastern's track record in building the most trusted and professional advisory capability, as well as maximizing revenue and operational synergies with its parent company, OCBC Bank.
