Ivory Johnson is a certified financial planner and the founder of Delancey Wealth Management in Washington, D.C. He is also a chartered financial consultant.
Johnson has been recognized by the Global Blockchain Association and Digital Asset Council for Financial Professionals for his proficiency in blockchain technology and digital assets.
Johnson contributes articles and on-air commentary to CNBC, and writes a quarterly column for the Journal of Financial Planning. He has been quoted in InvestmentNews, The Wall Street Journal, Black Enterprise, Money and Kiplinger's Personal Finance, among other publications.
He is a member of Alpha Phi Alpha fraternity, Inc. where he was awarded the Leon N. Gordon Order of the Sphinx for his leadership and the President's Award for his mentoring activities. He currently serves on the Chairman's Council and the Advisory Council for Vanderbilt Securities. He is the former president of the Association of African American Financial Advisors and the immediate past president of the 100 Black Men of Greater Washington, D.C.
