In part two, Jochen Zeitz explains why he ultimately decided to leave Puma and opens up about the sacrifices he made to forge a successful career in business.

He set up the Zeitz Foundation in 2008, with the goal of increasing sustainability through initiatives in education, conservation and local communities, particularly in Africa. Zeitz shows Tania Bryer a school in Laikipia, Kenya, that was just nominated for the "Greenest School in the World Award."

While Zeitz explains how time in a monastery helped him focus his goals, CNBC Meets also interviews Dame Vivienne Westwood and members of the Zeitz Foundation to better understand the man behind the rejuvenation of the Puma brand.
