Mr. Bulakul joined PTT Public Company Limited (PTT) in 1983 as Assistant Director, International Finance Division. During his 30 years at PTT Group, he has held executive positions in the group's various business units covering oil, gas and international trading.

Before joining PTT, he worked as an engineer at Bechtel Power Corporation in California and was an analyst at the World Bank in Washington D.C.

Mr. Bulakul is also the Chairman of Thai Listed Companies Association, the President of Petroleum Refining Industry Club, as well as head of the Thailand-Malaysia Business Council of the Federation of Thai Industries. He also serves on the committee of the Thai Chamber of Commerce.

Mr. Bulakul holds a Master of Engineering in Operations Research in 1979 and a Master of Business Administration in 1980 from Cornell University.
