Eaton cuts full-year profit forecast
Oct 25 (Reuters) - Diversified manufacturer Eaton Corp cut the top end of its adjusted profit forecast for the full year, citing weakness in the large truck and hydraulics markets.
The company said it expects an adjusted full-year profit of between $4.05 and $4.15 per share, down from its previous forecast of $4.05-$4.25 per share.
Third-quarter net income rose to $510 million, or $1.07 per share, from to $345 million, or $1.02 per share, a year earlier.
