The Container Store prices its IPO at $18 a share

The Container Store's IPO priced at the high end of its expected range at $18 per share. Shares will begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on Friday.

The company operates retail stores that sell organizational products.

Earlier on Thursday, the expected range increased to $17 to $18 a share, from previously expected range of $14 to $16 a share.

The Container Store will be traded under ticker symbol "TCS."
