Twitter co-founder Jack Dorsey may be planning another high-profile initial public offering soon.

His company Square is reportedly in early-stage discussions with major banks about a possible IPO, according to sources with knowledge of the matter.

Square enables users to accept credit card payments via its mobile credit-card reader. Dorsey co-founded the mobile commerce platform in 2009 and now serves as its CEO.
