Online rival wants to coexist with HealthCare.gov

The improved capacity of HealthCare.gov, after promised fixes from the White House this past weekend, calls into question the necessity of the alternative website.

"We look at this like a partnership," Jones said on "Squawk on the Street." "The main goal of the administration and for us is to help the millions of insurers who aren't insured to get insurance coverage. We're just an alternative path to get coverage for consumers."
