Check out which companies are making headlines after the bell Monday:

Rackspace Hosting - Shares of the Web hosting company fell sharply in extended trading after it reported a 30 percent drop in quarterly profit and announced that CEO Lanham Napier had retired.

Gilead Sciences - Shares rose in extended trading after it said that it had submitted a new drug application to the Food and Drug Administration for its treatment for chronic hepatitis C genotype 1 infection in adults.

Pioneer Natural Resources - Shares of the oil and gas producer fell in extended hours trading after it reported a fourth-quarter loss.

Urban Outfitters - The retailer's shares declined in after-hours trading after its fourth-quarter same-store sales climbed less than Wall Street had expected.
