McDermott International - The provider of engineering and construction services got hit in after-hours trade after it withdrew its prior guidance and suspended guidance for the foreseeable future.

Lorillard - Shares of the tobacco company edged higher in after-hours trading after the Financial Times cited people familiar with the matter in reporting that RJ Reynolds is exploring a bid for its competitor.

Vipshop Holdings - Shares of the online Chinese retailer rallied in extended-hours trade after it projected first-quarter revenue above expectations.
