Midday movers: Facebook, Target, PetSmart & More

Take a look at some of Wednesday's midday movers:

Brown-Forman - Shares rallied 4.8 percent after the maker of Jack Daniel's whiskey posted a 12 percent increase in third-quarter income and hiked its 2014 earnings outlook.

Facebook - The social-networking site gained 3.7 percent after Stifel Nicolaus raised its price target on the stock.

GameStop - The video-game retailer rose 3.2 percent after it increased its quarterly dividend 20 percent.

Exxon Mobil - The oil company declined 2.7 percent after it projected oil and natural gas production would hold flat in 2014.

Target - Shares fell after the discount retailer said its chief information officer had resigned in the wake of the huge data breach late last year.

Chipotle Mexican Grill - The restaurant chain lost ground after warning it could suspend guacamole from its menu.

RadioShack - Shares of the electronic retailer fell after it said it would offer up to $1.5 million in retention bonuses to top executives.

PetSmart - The retailer declined after it posted weaker-than-expected fourth-quarter earnings.

Eli Lilly - Shares slide after the FDA declined to approve its experimental diabetes drug.

Hovnanian Enterprises - Shares dropped after the homebuilder said its first-quarter loss widened.

Xoom - The provider of online money transfer fell after Evercore initiated coverage with an underweight rating.

Ocwen Financial - Shares fell after the Wall Street Journal reported the company would provide documents to New York regulators next week.

Nationstar Mortgage Holdings - Shares dropped after New York's top banking regulator raised questions about the mortgage firm.
