After-hours buzz: CF Industries, Towerstream & More

CF Industries - Shares climbed 1.3 percent after The Mosaic Co. said it had completed its acquisition of the company's phosphate business for $1.2 billion in cash, along with $200 million to fund its asset retirement obligation escrow.

Towerstream - Shares fell 4.2 percent in extended-hours trading after the Wi-Fi provider posted fourth-quarter results beneath analyst expectations.

Oxygen Biotherapeutics - Shares of the specialty pharmaceutical company fell 7.6 percent in extended-hours trading after it issued a press release announcing its intention to start a public offering of its common stock.

Galena Biopharma - Shares rallied 10 percent in after-hours trading after the company that specializes in oncology treatments reported quarterly results.
