The stakes are high for Steve when his client Joel comes to town from New Jersey to bet bigger than he ever has before. Meanwhile, VIP's top salesmen Skipper and Pirelli figure out how to burn through this week's paychecks. Pirelli sets his sights on a new BMW, while Skipper puts it all on the line when he bets his whole paycheck, $12,000, on one of Steve's picks.

Steve deals with a new client, who promises to bet $20,000 a game only to find out this client might not be the "whale" he claims to be. Back at the office, Steve faces a huge dilemma when he realizes salesman Chris Tyson, whom he raised like a son, is not pulling his weight at VIP. Steve enlists the help of top salesman Chris Pirelli to take Tyson under his wing and teach him the art of selling. Will Tyson up his game or will Steve have to cut someone he considers family loose?
