After building up its reputation in London, Victoria's Secret will move its annual fashion show to the city this year, two of the brand's models revealed on Tuesday morning.
According to a report in British Vogue, the show—which is typically held in New York—has also been staged in cities such as Cannes and Los Angeles. But chief marketing officer Ed Razek told the publication the brand has had its eye on London since 1998.
"Candidly, we weren't well known enough here until we opened the stores. We have six stores in the UK now," he told British Vogue.
Supermodels Adriana Lima and Candice Swanepoel made the announcement at Victoria's Secret's store on Bond Street. The show will be held at Earls Court on Dec. 2, according to the report.
